A great, non-destructive way to mount acoustic panels!

Brand VELCRO - Extreme Outdoor - Extreme - Strip 4" x 1", 10 sets - Titanium I just bought an apartment and transformed a dark, ugly bedroom into a bright, bright recording studio. After four coats of paint (primer and then three coats of peach) I did NOT want to drive 32 large screws into the walls with drywall sleeves to hold the acoustic panels and panels! The fiberglass acoustic panels seemed light enough for velcro but I wanted to make sure they were the strongest available as these panels

Good. I use a lot of velcro. I very often attach things like communications gear, power packs etc to helmets used in 200 mile races, motorcycle races and also for use in open cockpit airplanes. I've spent thirty years searching for the best Velcro and found that some are better than others. I thought the double lock type was the best, but these are minor things. Don't overdo it with the Industrial Strength label - they can handle anything!

Hook and Loop Fasteners aren't exaggerating when they call these fasteners "industrial strength". All too often, brands make a "boosted" version of their core product that ends up not being much different, if at all. But these hook and loop fasteners are far superior to ordinary hook and loop fasteners in quality and strength. I am very impressed with their strength!
