Cable too short for electric blankets

The duvet is very soft and light. If you connect the cable to the foot end of the duvet, the controller barely reaches the head end of the bed. I have to keep the controller on the floor, there are not enough cables for the controller to stand on the bedside table.

Pros
  • All right!
Cons
  • Weak set

Heater not working properly

When I first received the duvet, it slowly and eventually warmed up, but unevenly. Now it doesn't heat at all. When I received this blanket there were no reviews. I like the idea of being able to set how long I want to wear the comforter but frustrated with how warm it gets.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Many things

Great for electric blankets

I have bought many dual control electric blankets over the years. This is my absolute favourite. It is well made, very soft, heat is evenly distributed and very beautiful. Gray is a true gray that tends neither to khaki nor to blue. Ideal. My husband should love it too. His bedtime suddenly got earlier after I put this super soft blanket on the bed.

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Nothing

Not heated: Blankets and bedspreads

Lying under the covers for over an hour (sweating). Started it on 3, noticed it wasn't heating up, went to 5, felt a little warm, cranked it up to 10 and about 45 minutes ago and it seems to be on the lowest setting. The heat distribution is barely noticeable, but the style and softness of the duvet is wonderful. Not worth the price and no pre-purchase reviews.

Cons
  • I don't like it, everything is fine

Shit! Disintegrates in less than 3 weeks.

This blanket was less than 3 weeks old. Started getting driftwood for 1 1/2 weeks. But I have cats (2) so I figured maybe they scratched it. But I couldn't imagine them scratching him so hard in such a short time. This has never happened to me, and I've had cats all my life (I'm 52 years old). Then the material started to feel thin even though I hadn't washed it or anything like that even when I first got it. One night I pulled the covers on and my finger put a hole in it☹. After a few days…

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • There are nuances
