Vernia Natural Silk Pillowcase Hair Review

I love these silk pillowcases! I wish I had found her many years ago. They are so soft and comfortable and I don't wake up with facial wrinkles from the cotton towels I use. This is my second set, so I really liked the first set!

"Silk" shouldn't absorb oil from your skin so its good for your skin and why I bought it. I've been using this for less than 6 hours and I already have this stain. It is dry and will not fade. I'm not that fat and I shouldn't have been made up like that. The material doesn't even look like silk.

Terrible. I have had other excellent quality black silk pillowcases. They stained my bedroom wall and my white sheets (both top and bottom). It does not come off the wall, it is rubbed off with a magic eraser. I went through the pillowcase, pillowcases and soiled pillow, sheets and mattress pad. I'm not happy about ruining $90 royal cotton sheets. And as another reviewer said, they don't even look like natural silk. Just awful.

I use cotton pillowcases because I was told it was better for my hair and I was wrong. My curls are gone (I have hair type 2b-2c) and using this pillowcase with the right products for my hair has brought my curls back! Also very cooling on the face and I've heard that silk is also good for the skin as it doesn't tug when you toss and turn in your sleep I guess! I haven't noticed any bleeding either. Sorry for the chatter but this is quality and if you have the extra money I would say buy it!

Both my husband and I have been dealing with the headboard every day for years. I helped him by wetting his hair every day to try and get rid of the flattened spots and new parts he'd gotten in his sleep. Now we both get up, just comb our hair and leave. These pillowcases are smooth and cool to the touch, so our heads don't get hot at night, and most importantly, our hair doesn't get wrinkled or deformed every morning. normal looking hair. Worth every penny!
