I wanted to like it because it's exactly what I needed. You have to add pucks. This will solve problems with the looseness of the screws. I didn't like that they were wobbly and unstable. None of the screws were in the right place. Everything was tight, but still shaky. Adding washers along with bolts solves this problem. The frame is made of metal. It should be stable, but loose screws will make it unstable.

Exactly as advertised. My laptop is on the thicker side so it sits slightly above the raised edges when placed in the 'typing position' but it doesn't slide down as there are a few tabs on the base to keep the laptop from moving. This is very handy if you have a small desk and need to save space when storing your laptop. The upright position was just what I needed.

This product is just excellent and I love it. Quality and design are really good. I had it in this setting because I had neck pain and it's better now since I don't have to bend my neck. By default, you can also sit slightly tilted up. I recommend and love it.
