I'm 5ft 5in, 165lbs+, muscular. I ordered small due to my size and prefer a slim fitting shirt. This polo was narrow at the chest and shoulders, but the arms were large and long (to the elbows). The shirt was too long to wear loosely. Possibly due to my broad-shouldered, narrow-waisted body, this fit was not designed for people with an athletic build. But I returned it for a refund. I think that unfortunately all sports polos have the same fit.

If you can find the right size these are some of the best polos in terms of durability and materials. Where they fall short is dimensional quality control. Buy 3 different colors and each fits differently. Vertx are notorious for size issues, otherwise they're very well done.

VERY heavy material. Thick polyester. It will get smelly after a while, especially if you live in a warm climate. So far, two pieces from Vertx have had great designs but poor fabric choices.

6'1" 240 lbs ordered size XL. I love this shirt. The material is light, cool and good quality. The staple identifier for the job. Fits a little more, but not much .If you are between sizes, order the smaller size.
