The user interface is very intuitive which makes it easy for users with no technical background to use this software without any problems. I like that we can use this software in two ways - either with our own ID or without it (by using QR code). This is very convenient because sometimes you do have clients coming from different countries where they don't know how verification works yet! So being able to provide them all services even if their country doesn´t allow those things would be great!! The customer support is great! They always respond quickly with questions or requests that I have about my account!! There are some things we would like more customization options (such as ability add extra fields) so it could be used across multiple departments/companies in one area of our business - however this was really minor nitpick compared to everything else they've done right thus far.
