Real red tie. This is a very nice full size adult tie that is a good weight. The quality is very good. Although I bought this as part of a Superman costume for my adult son, this tie is by no means cheap or lightweight and can definitely be worn on a regular day like any good tie. The product is the same as in the photo. Very happy customer here!
