🔍 K&N Premium Cabin Air Filter: Optimal Performance, Reusable & Fresh Airflow for 2012-2019 Mazda (6, 3, CX-5) Models, VF2056 Review

I feel like the airflow is better and it feels a little cooler than before. I think it will be cost effective for me because I want to change the filter often.

This cabin air filter will not fit the 2019 Mazda 3 2.5L. It is nothing like the original cabin filter that is currently fitted to my car. I checked the K&N website and it is listed.

My wife has noticed that the air in her car is fresher. She appreciates clean air, I appreciate the ability to quickly clean the filter instead of changing it every six months. Definitely a wise investment IMO. I plan on owning their car for at least five years, so that's a huge savings over the life of the car.

The ONLY problem is the gum/product will smell for weeks until it dries or whatever it takes to stop the factory smell. Bad smell in the car. I suggest opening the package and letting it run on your patio for a week or two before putting it in your car, otherwise you're going to smell like factory glue/plastic/shit for a while. :(

I love K&N products. I've been using their filters on multiple vehicles for over a decade. Never any problems. The product itself fits like a glove. Unfortunately there is a rubber smell that just won't go away (this is after 1 week of use). I've encountered the same issue with some non-OEM cabin air filters that come from Revain stock rather than retailers or distributors. Discussing returning a product and getting it from another source. Like I said, K&N has never let me down.
