Description of VIAIR 90088 Illuminated Single Needle

Two inch diameter Single Need Gauge, reads up to 160PSI or 11 BAR. Illuminates so pressures can be read at night. Requires connection to 12v power. Gauge panel mounting via included surface clamp. 1/8 inches NPT port (at rear). Typically used to monitor pressure in air suspension systems or onboard air systems.

very accurate in gauges

I replaced the factory gauge with this unit, it reads accurately. It would be nice if I could find a black trim ring but it works for what I need

Dead on arrival for sensors

Dead on arrival. The pressure in the line is full, the bags are inflated, the vehicle rises, the sensor reads ZERO. Pressure tested directly on the fitting and on an independent air source.

Great gauge easy to install

This gauge was exactly what I was looking for. I used it on my Harley for an airride setup and it worked perfectly. It was easy to install, blended in perfectly and the lighting at night was perfect.

Good sensor - electrical

Good sensor. The arrow jumps a little while the compressor is running. I wish the bezel was black instead of chrome. The connection is still leaking slightly but may just need some tightening. Works great for my use.

But I like the accuracy.

I love neatness. It fits perfectly with my 2012 street fairing, but the only problem is that I have to figure out how to adjust the color of the light. Nothing to do with meter or accuracy, but it is VERY noticeable

I would highly recommend this sensor as an upgrade to anyone who has purchased it.

I would recommend this sensor as an upgrade to anyone who bought the Viair 10007 kit The sensor included in this kit is junk and broke when I installed it. This sensor is of much better quality and looks much nicer. I don't know why they didn't include it in the kit.

Looks great comes with bulb

Had to replace my damaged sensor and this worked great. I removed the fittings from my old gauge and put them on the new one and then secured it in the existing hole. Looks great, I like the colors better than my predecessor. I have used red Loctite thread sealant on the fittings and it holds pressure very well. The sensor is illuminated by a small bulb that fits on the back and is included in the kit.

AVOID AS CHICKS WITH HERPES!

Used in flight on my Harley. It's been leaking since I put it on. A weld on a shock absorber kit broke because it bottomed out too often, causing the shock absorber to leak. Monroe doesn't guarantee the shocks so had to buy a new set hoping it was the shocks the whole time. It's not like this. I finally sat in my shop with the lights off so I didn't have the noise of the humming neon lights and could put my ear to the pressure gauge (sprayed everything with soapy water several times looking for
