A great solution if need an all in one easy application

I love that Vibes is very customizable and gives you many options regarding your HCM system. At first there was a lot of confusion with my team members trying to find answers about a certain function or feature. As time progressed and we learned more about Vibes, It became easier to navigate and understand. The main benefit is being able to have access to my employee's information when needed without having to go through so much time. If you are looking for a more robust platform to help…

Pros
  • The most significant thing i like best in here this program has alot better than other platforms out their such at ADP etc.it also does payroll &HR Benefits Administration all together.and makes sure everything gets done correctly! Its super organized!!And easy tp utilize..etc

  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
