I love that Vibes is very customizable and gives you many options regarding your HCM system. At first there was a lot of confusion with my team members trying to find answers about a certain function or feature. As time progressed and we learned more about Vibes, It became easier to navigate and understand. The main benefit is being able to have access to my employee's information when needed without having to go through so much time. If you are looking for a more robust platform to help support your workforce, I would highly recommend Vibes. We use it for payroll management as well as HR benefits administration.
