Nice standard 3 inch two bolt flange. Did the trick, welding it to the end of the 3" pipe. If you need a flange like this look no further.

delivery was very fast. Teague very well welded. I heated it up a bit and warped it a bit, but I didn't screw it to another flange or jig. A few seconds on the belt sander confirmed this again.
