Convenient and Sturdy Victorinox Stainless Steel Belt Hanger Key Fob Review

Outstanding design. I just wish the tiny notch that the knife comes out of was bigger so you don't have to fiddle around as much. I liked the trigger mechanism on the belt. The length of the "hanger" is ideal so that the knife can hang in the pocket without hitting the ground. It would be great if it came in matte black or black chrome for a more muted look.

This is one of the most secure and convenient key and knife holders I've ever owned. When I need to access my bag, I just take it out of my pocket and it hangs securely until I put it back in. I use it every day to lock the house and it's easy to take off my belt and put on and I never have any doubts about whether it's there or not. Excellent quality and very well made!

What I love most about this product isn't even its incredibly well thought out design and looks. There's an all-too-nice click it makes when you lock the strap in place. Of the minuses, the spring-loaded clip is rather weak compared to the rest of the parts. I immediately replaced it with a Nite Ize Steel S-Biner with a lock. Looks great with my Spirit X. Cheers, HG

I love 110mm SAK knives and also like to carry my Rangerwood EDC 55 on occasion bag to carry fashion. The clip keeps the large knife upright, eliminating the cross-knife problem at the bottom of the bag. Enough space to put your hand behind the knife and access the wallet. My keychain has grown since I've added a small flashlight, tiny titanium pen, Atwood's tool and tweezers to the normal keys I have to carry around. I find a lump of metal in the bottom of my bag uncomfortable, so I've tried attaching various key rings and carabiners to my belt. This belt clip is the answer to my everyday problems with carrying my favorite Victorinox Hercules, one of the largest models. It's too big to carry in a loose bag. You can wear it that way, but it tends to sit horizontally at the bottom of your bag, which is like a little brick in your pocket.
