Better than the Movo top handle

Looking at it between the Movo top handle, it's much better. The hot shoe mount is much firmer so it doesn't hang around like it does on the Movo. It has a low profile and is very easy to use.

Pros
  • Regular price
Cons
  • Reliability

Second stabilizer tag

Had to send the first one back. The shoe was too thick to easily fit my camera. Also, the handle had about 1-2mm of deflection, which caused the handle to move slightly from left to right when installed. Unacceptable. Sent back for exchange according to manufacturer. The replacement works great, still fits snugly to the shoe but not as bad as before (gh5).

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons

4 lbs OK for DSLR

I needed a grip for my heavily modified GH-4. I also needed an extra front shoe for my external microphone. This is the solution and also the best price I could find. It's a little heavier than expected, but that's ok. It's all metal except for the plastic wheel clamp, which I'll be replacing. The 1/4" and 3/8" screw holes are a big plus for my external monitor. And there is a bubble on this pen to see if you are on the same level or not. Vid Pro is basically a product for professional usersโ€ฆ

Fits perfectly on a Canon camera hot shoe after some play

I was afraid I would have to send this gimbal back when I first fitted it to my Canon EOS M I took it off a few times, it became the perfect amount of coziness. The handle is made of metal, the clamping bolt is made of hard plastic. There's no need to loosen the tension bolt once it's firmly attached to the shoe, so it should last a long time, but only time will tell. When I bought it, it was less than $15, which is $3-5 less than the competition. If you have a Canon camera this item will fitโ€ฆ

Cons
  • Concise instructions

Fits good. Exceeded all expectations! Recommended.

I bought this for my Canon SL1, which is a small DSLR. It fits snugly in the hot shoe mount and feels very secure. Good materials and workmanship! A very cheap and pleasant purchase. It's not as smooth as a stabilizer, but it shakes a lot less than a camera without it, so yeah, it's very nice to have and it's small/packable (the whole small camera idea). You can still hold the camera and use the viewfinder to take photos while it's still attached to the camera. The best $15 I've spent is quiteโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Compatibility: DSLR and mirrorless cameras
Cons
  • Some little things
