I think I'm so old fashioned this is the first one I've tried. One day I assembled all the parts and re-read the instructions and then assembled it correctly. Fits well and is quite comfortable, don't miss the whiplash to take my hood off. I tweaked a little and got the right shade with my glasses, spent about an hour welding and am pleasantly surprised. I would say I should have gotten it a year ago lol. Pretty good return on investment.

The quality of the helmet is excellent for the money. We understood each other without any problems. Doesn't sleep when I turn over. The comfort is great for weekend military work. The tint adjustment knob on the outside of the helmet works great with welding gloves. My problem is that I store the helmet in direct sunlight all day when not in use, but after 2 weeks of ownership the low battery indicator came on.
