I have never owned a Viewsonic and this was a pleasant surprise once the installation was complete. It's a lightweight device and once installed with a DP cable it just lit up and everything looked beautiful and didn't require any setup. Turnkey work from start to finish. The screen is also very clear and responsive. Will buy Viewsonic again!

Viewsonic is a great, great monitor. I didn't know there was another connector: the display port. You need a Displayport cable or adapter. Or use a VGA or DVI cable. This monitor does not have an HDMI port. BA2252SM.

First, to be clear, I didn't buy them for a gaming system. So if that's what you're looking for, this review isn't for you. I installed it on a technician's workstation that does a lot of data and even video editing. The user likes them, the color and brightness are excellent. We haven't noticed any bleeding with this setup, but as I said, this isn't a gaming setup.

Firstly, the dual monitor set does NOT come with its own stands, you need to buy a double stand or two separate stands for it, secondly, these monitors aren't made for pretty much anything that moves, from movies, videos, games, anything with has to do with movement just doesn't look good, for the price they are ok but i wouldn't buy them again.

This might be the monitor for you, but not for me. I'm a professional programmer. You wouldn't believe a monitor could be too slow to read text, but this one is. It's advertised as 7ms GG, but it may not be that fast. I replaced them with Dell, with the advertised 8ms GG. Dell is much faster. Text scrolling is very spooky. This is very annoying. There is a reaction setting in the menu. Rotating in one direction white on black text has slightly less ghosting and the other direction scrolls black

I love this monitor so far! That's a big improvement over my old one. The only catch, and it's my fault for being in a hurry to buy, is that it doesn't have an HDMI output. If you need an output other than VGA, DisplayPort or DVI, be sure to order the adapter at the same time.

Works great for general use. Not used for high-end games. The bezel is a bit thick - may not be ideal if you're building a video wall. DisplayPort input but no DisplayPort output, so it cannot be used for daisy chain connections. Great buy for general multi-monitor use.

Update 10/14/2020: I give ViewSonic 5 stars for exceptional customer service under warranty. My monitor started turning on badly in July. After replacing the DP cable, it worked reliably again until it completely failed recently. I have to say I was very upset that the monitor stopped working less than 2 years after purchase. I was willing to downgrade a lot. However, I contacted ViewSonic and filed a warranty claim. I worked with Leti and she was amazing. She made the warranty process easy and

These two monitors have a great picture. Please note that there is no stand so you will need a monitor mount to mount it. Also, there is no HDMI port. You should be able to use 2 display ports, VGA or DMI connections. The monitors come with 1 DP cable and 1 VGA cable, which work perfectly. Just make sure your computer has at least 1 display port, or use a dock with a display port.

I had to develop a home work station due to COVID. These monitors were sent from God. Much better than the HP monitors provided at work. The quality is good and it was easy to place one monitor horizontally and the other vertically.

Good image quality and very good build quality. Combine this with the VIVO Dual LCD Desktop Mount and you have the ultimate workstation. I use the display ports on both to connect to a Surface laptop.

I bought this dual kit for my home office and while the sound quality (at best) makes no difference in my application, I am more than happy with the value I received.

I've had these monitors for about 1 year now and I love them when they work! However I thought the connection cable was the problem but bought new cables and the signal was gone again! I am very frustrated as I have never had a problem with any monitor before! In my work I have to be able to rely on a working monitor! Now they work and wait for the signal loss.

I just received my new ViewSonic 24 set yesterday. The packaging was excellent, like a small suitcase. They bolted directly to my Ergotron steel stand. Turns out these ViewSonics are actually slightly larger (and heavier) than my old DELL 24s. So all I had to do was remove the little plastic dust caps from the clamps and push the bracket hinges in firmly. This required two 1/2 inch wrenches. It's ok now. I can highly recommend.

I didn't check if the monitor doesn't have an HDMI port, so I had to buy a port converter (2 DVI to HDMI) since I don't have a DVI to DVI cable. Now and then the screen flickers when my other 2 monitors are not. (didn't surprise me so didn't give 5 stars).

It was so easy to set up that I bought a VIVO stand for it. I just had to connect everything. The missing cable ratings are correct, but I already had one from my previous setup.

One of the monitors seems to have a loose connection somewhere inside. If I touch it or hit the table hard or close the drawer with panache, it turns black. However, the power remains on. Sometimes "reboots"; sometimes I have to turn it off and on again. The rest of the screens are beautiful.

I've looked at all the monitor settings and it's decent for video at best, but it's really terrible for gaming. I would stay away from this model unless you plan on using it strictly as a work computer. It flickers weirdly (the limit is unplayable for fps).
