Good monitor with bad instructions

I love the monitor and I would give it 5 stars if they explained what each button on the side of the monitor does so it was a game of trial and error for me every time, especially since they didn't label or label what each one has was for . button on the monitor. . You have to remember which key performs which function. I've experienced loss of monitor signal and black screen from time to time and can't figure out what setting might be causing this other than trying to navigate through the…

Good monitor - terrible instructions!

The monitor is good as I expected from Viewsonic. Very clearly. Well calibrated. What is not very good is the lack of instructions on how to connect it to a computer. My previous Viewsonics were plug and play so there were no issues. It is not so. When I connected it to my computer I had a black screen. Tried on 3 computers, all black screen. Searched the internet to find many others with the same problem but no solution. There is NOTHING in the manual/documentation about this. When I tried to…

Great for pictures. Great flexibility for other purposes.

This is my primary monitor in a dual monitor configuration. The picture quality is excellent. I see and edit a lot of photos. Also sometimes video editing. With the vDisplay Manager app and other monitor settings, I can get it where I need it. The mount allows you to adjust the height and angle which is perfect for my mood. I am constantly on the internet when playing or editing audio/photo/video. Also a multilingual programmer, so he stares at the text for a long time. So far, this monitor has

The display tends to be warmer

This display is definitely a good return. The viewing angles are insane and the bezels are almost seamless. I think what I like most is how versatile it is when it comes to adjusting the angle, height and orientation. Good monitor to start with. It tends to be warmer, but you can always adjust the temperature in the settings. All in all I think it's a great investment.

Great value for a designer monitor

I bought this after accidentally cracking the screen of my 24-inch LG and I'm really glad it happened - it's a huge improvement in picture and build quality. I use it for professional graphic design in conjunction with my MacBook Pro. The only downsides I've found are that it's difficult to tweak the options due to 1) the tiny buttons on the back and 2) the setup UI is counterintuitive to select. Until I found a normal online guide. Overall, for the money, this is a great option.
