Great gaming monitor

The best HD monitor I've found for the price. great color Big size for 1080. All the features you could want. I will say that I originally bought 27 inches. Too big for 1080p. The words on that monitor were blurry. It is great.

It was great initially, but after a few weeks it died/caused potential health issues.

WARNING: I liked them at first, but… I got 2 of these in the Black Friday (Cyber Monday) sale. And kept them until I moved, I pocketed them after a few months and after 2 weeks I got this... I'm an epileptic so when this first came up it was constantly flashing white and black mid game. , I had to immediately unplug the power cord from it and leave the left one on, and even then the pixel on the left went out and was just green. I love monitors at face value, but beware of the same issues…

Great monitor: my review

For the price this monitor is great, got it to replace my aging 21 inch and it's really bright and sharp. I use this monitor for gaming and watching movies/videos, it's really sharp and runs perfectly at 144MHz.

good value until they raise the price

This is a great monitor for the price. I took two, both backlit and one with a dead pixel. I don't mind, you get that for the price. Speaking of price, ViewSonic ups the price on them. I saw it advertised for about $179 on release day, I bought mine when they changed it to $219. Good price I think but now they raised it to $280. I mean come on ViewSonic? For the price it's not worth it in my opinion.
