Beautiful BUT It has no part connecting the tube to the loop ring so the wire will be pulled which may cause a fire. I am annoyed.

We repair. This light is beautiful but the directions are disappointing! We finally figured out that the threaded little donut tube goes through two supports! It was once worth pulling your hair out together!

Exactly what I was looking for. I checked many of them. Easy installation, fast delivery and good quality. Make a mark in my bedroom. The price was amazing compared to others. It is an aged/worn ivory white with hints of darker and lighter brown. The chain and metal part is a matte blackish color, it looks like flecks of bronze, but in the hand it just looks dark, more on the deep espresso side. Very pretty.

If I could give a negative rating on a scale from 0 to -10, it would be -10! Terrible instructions and a damn egg. The wire is too thick to go through the tube, nothing is adjustable, easy assembly and I've bought several brackets, this is by far the WORST! Do not buy! It's a big mess with no captions and just a tiny image that doesn't make any sense. I bought this instead of going to my local hardware store to save money but again I learned my lesson and you get what you pay for. Cheap! Cheap!

I've wanted to update my chandelier for a long time. I saw this and suggested my father keep it at home. I liked it so much that I bought it when it was on sale on Black Friday. I had to rearrange the light to get it right and add some more chain. The hardest part was handling the chain links. I would suggest finding chandelier tongs or a very strong person to work with the chain. One of the lanterns tilts inwards a bit, but other than that it's perfect. Just collect. Instructions are terrible. You don't mention the different important parts. It took forever to assemble and the center of my chandelier is very wobbly; I have no idea if that should be the case or not. Also, the tiny screw in the rod has snapped off and just spins. I'm not sure of its function or purpose, and of course the instructions don't mention its existence. Gathering was very frustrating. I wish they had put more time and effort into writing instructions that weren't riddled with errors.
