I bought this because it had enough space for two laptops and other "work" stuff. Arrived on time, wrapped in plastic. Upon unpacking I noticed a strong chemical smell, so strong I had to put the bag in the trunk of my car for a week until the smell dissipated. The fittings proved poor and of course it broke after two weeks. There's no way to change the hardware without taking the bag to a leather craftsman - it's stitched. The skin itself is thin.
