So disappointing. The "leather " is very suspicious. Seems .

So disappointing. The "leather" is very suspicious. Seems "rubbery" and not leather-like at all. Also the six ring design designed three holes on top and three more on bottom makes it impossible to find refills that fit-especially if you wish to use this as a planner/calendar.
