The product arrived in a beat up box that had all of it's amazon labels torn and then a duct tape put back over it.The product is physically broken in multiple places.The product did not come with the power cable or other items listed as included.I am working to get a prompt refund.It seems that this was a good product that was bought up. Since then the product seems to be broken used items that are being sold as new. The is the first time that I have been scammed on Best Buy. using prime. this

Great little record player! Decent sound, made of real wood and looks really good! Light weight and affordable price for beginners. Highly recommend buying better needles for this player cause the one it comes with is bad quality. Mine was missing a screw in the turn table but it doesn’t affect anything.

Vinyl records and Bluetooth, it’s an amazing product don’t get me wrong I highly recommend it but the price for it i expected a way better sound quality and material quality . But the sound is great just not for the price. I would had let the price and sound slide if it was made with way better material and vise versa if the sound was amazing I would had let the built and price slide. But I guess it does the job and looks nice.

I listen to all the old records from way back my husband who passed away was a collector of all types of music I enjoy listening to the albums he loved so much the case is very attractive looks like a suitcase no one believe when they see it that it's a record player I would definitely buy it again

Item description says this is made in the USA… it’s not. Bert cheaply made, and for the price it’s not at all worth it. Would it recommend, Looking at returning this.

This record player is so cute. I got it for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loves it. The only thing that we have issues with is it wobbles more than I expected. But it does play most records we have except one. But I definitely think it’s a great deal for the price.

It was a good price and all in one, no speakers needed but I was looking for a higher quality turntable and this one didn't measure up, however it would be great for anyone wanting something simple or a starter.

There's no tension adjustment on the arm, so we'll probably have to resort to taping pennies on it, because it skips on almost every record we've tried. If I had my druthers, I would have returned it for the horrible tone of the speakers. They play at a weird pitch that literally hurts my ears, but my younger spouse thinks it's fine. Good enough for someone who's never heard a quality setup, I guess. 🤷‍♀️

Started smoking! Looks great boyfriend really liked it. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Shame it doesn't work and is dangerous!

Really cool turntable. It has fantastic sound quality and it’s easy to use. The only problem was when I opened it the needle was broken so I had to buy a new one. Other than that it is a fantastic purchase

This is really no different than many of the low-budget red-tipped turntables being sourced these days. Avoid this and go with a generally respected name brand (NOT Crosley or Victrola) if you want decent sound from your records.

Updated: just received a new motor(not from seller) and it works now, so this record player came with a bad motor.It came in a broken box with amazon tape on it nothing was damaged and it came with the cords and documents but it does not work. It turns on but the record will not turn what so ever. Im keeping it for the nostalgic look and im repairing it myself which i already ordered the motor which for that particular brand takes about 2 weeks to get it. So all in all if u want a suitcase for…
