After contacting the seller that the first batch didn't work, the response was to try and use a toothpick to loosen it. ?. With hundreds of roller bottles purchased, I've never had to do this. Something is wrong with their production and they need to fix it. In the meantime, if you'd like to continue our business, replace your rollerball pens with these!

Nice little bottles are perfect for carrying my homemade face and hand serum mixes and perfumed essential oil oils in my purse. It didn't get a 5* rating because the quality of the glass is quite flimsy and likely to break easily, but if handled with care it should do the job. I'm very happy with it as I haven't broken one yet.

They are great for aromatherapy rollerballs but they are definitely only 2ml not 3 as advertised. The box even says it's 3ml, but it's not. To check, I used a volumetric pipette. One of the bottles was made in such a way that the neck cannot accommodate a reel insert. All in all I would buy them again. They don't leak, appear to be of good quality and are reasonably priced.

These bottles are so cute and small! I had them split the essential oils into several bottles. My Reiki healer gave me some half bottles of essential oils to try and I wanted to keep some at home and others with my friends and I can keep a few of these small rolls in my purse as well. My girlfriend wanted to try them too and now she can easily share them with her too.
