the best children's sneakers for the price

I have a very active six-year-old child. He wears out shoes very quickly - not because he outgrows them, but because he is so active that he wears shoes down, making big tears and holes until they fall apart. We used to buy Sketcher, but I can't spend $50 on shoes he'll be wearing in a few months. We discovered them about a year ago. $15 to $20 for a pair of shoes and they last as long as expensive big brands at their high activity level. This is my fourth pair for him. Big! and in size!

My child tiptoes and blows through the shoes faster than usual, so I change them all the time. I bought the cheap ones from Walmart but they fall apart VERY quickly. I've tried really expensive ones and they last a little longer, but not long enough to justify the cost. It's a great average price and the quality seems great! Also, a lot of brands are switching to size 13 laces, but they're still Velcro, which is great. My kid has other issues and isn't quite ready to tie his own laces, so I…

Great look and feel

Bought these for my 6 year old as a 'winter' play shoe. In summer he usually wears canvas slippers and hiking sandals. I was looking for a durable, closed toe shoe for outdoor play. It didn't match the bill. They are very thin and light (not necessarily bad, but not great for hard outdoor play in cool weather either), definitely not waterproof.
