I bought this monopod to replace my old Vivitar monopod that eventually stopped working. Great low cost monopod with great stretch. The only issues I had was that it was too bright. I like to mount my GoPro on it and use it as a cheap "still camera" when I'm shooting action. This monopod is lighter than the previous one, so it swings too much when walking.
