Original Vivo tablets didn't fit my LG monitor, manufacturer (Vivo) recommended this adapter. The adapter works, but at this price point (1/2 the price of a dual monitor desktop mount) they might at least include the hardware needed for installation. I had to go to a hardware store to get washers to keep the adapter from wobbling and found that the dual monitor desktop mount didn't work with two different sized monitors.

Purchased for a 24" Samsung computer monitor that required a 100mm x 200mm adapter plate to use the 75mm VESA mount. Unfortunately, the adapter plate didn't fit the hole in the back of the monitor (close, but clearly didn't fit). The width and length were larger by about 2 mm. Since shipping took over a week and a half, I didn't have time. So I decided to cut the metal plate with a Dremel tool. It also had to be filed to further round the corners to fit the opening. For a simple product, this adapter is well designed. I used it on my LG monitor and it installed in under 5 minutes. The concave part accommodates the screws. It seems like a simple idea and many designs will probably work, but I give it top marks for design, simplicity and solidity. It would be a little more useful if it actually fit. Being about 4mm larger in both sizes the Samsung 245T mount was not flush and needed spacers (not included) and I had to trim some 4mm screws (not included) to fit this plate without much Files or loops to attach to the monitor. The missing threads for attachment to the monitor stand then become apparent.
