Very helpful tool that improves team efficiency

I really like how easy it was to use! The dashboard makes everything very clear for all users of our application - from managers/supervisors through employees right down into junior staff members who are just starting out in roles where they need guidance or coaching around new processes etc., we can see exactly what each user has done as well which gives us good visibility about any issues with training needs / knowledge gaps within teams (and so far there have been none!).
