The bottle seems empty when turned upside down nothing comes out but the stick is wet when you pull it out to use so since I paid for it I try to use it daily to use and I have to say there has been a noticeable difference in my lashes. They grew a little, my eyebrows only grew 3 new hairs lol sounds ridiculous but it's true.

I've been using this serum for a few weeks now and although I haven't reached the recommended 4 weeks I can already see a difference in my lashes: they look longer, fuller and feel the same . Mascara now stays on longer (rather than flaking off at the end of the day) and the natural-ingredient serum glides on easily and doesn't irritate eyes.
