As a result of using this product I found that my calls were so much clearer and more professional-sounding. The noise-cancelling feature really blocks out background noise, which is especially important in a busy office environment. The microphone disconnect feature is also convenient when you need to take a break or attend to something else during a call. This microphone was a complete DISAPPOINTMENT for my office. Not only did it appear to be poorly made but it seemed to be completely disruptive to our daily calls. The provided noise cancellation did not work as advertised, and instead, our calls became more difficult to hear .the only positive aspect of this product is that it is easy to set up. Unfortunately, the mic's poor performance far outweighs any benefits. Save your money and look for better electronics..

Have been using it for over a week. The headset is very comfortable and flexible. I believe this product got two stars due to two shortcomings: - There is audible feedback, a loud hum with every call that is absent when the mic is off.
