As expected. I gave it to my 5 year old niece who is interested in cosmetics. The quality is not good enough for an adult. If she was having fun with my face and it wasn't makeup I would go with it lol. Gift for little kids - early teens and let them have fun.

Bought for my granddaughter for the holidays and when she opened the box she squealed with delight! Loved ALL the colors of the eye shadows and lip glosses. The reason I was unhappy with the packaging is that both lipsticks were cheap and when she took the lid off the lipstick case the lipstick actually fell out. The other lipstick also had a malfunction and 2 lipsticks were ruined. But if you have a young girl who is interested in makeup, I think she will be very happy with this set.

Bought this item for my 7 year old granddaughter. She loves it and shares it with her 10 year old sister. I was skeptical of "real" makeup for such a young girl. But it turned out great!
