I've worn these boots less than 20 times in the last year (I live in Florida) and on my trip to Nashville last week the left toe seam of the boot came off completely over the seam. Absolutely ridiculous. I love Volcom products but be careful with the buyer. I will also contact Volcom directly.

These boots are very comfortable and can be worn on special occasions. It is NOT recommended to wear them every day as the sole comes off very easily and the "finish" of the boot wears off very easily. They were great for the first two weeks and then fell apart completely. I had to glue the bottoms on both boots. They parted at the toes and quickly spread to the heels. Very cheaply made and overpriced. With them, you pay for the name, not the quality.

On the second day of wearing these boots, the front half of the sole came off. They look great and are very comfortable, but the quality leaves a lot to be desired.

After 4 months of use I can say that these boots are very comfortable. However, the build quality is questionable if you intend to wear it every day. Recently the loop on the back of the right boot broke. The boots also scratch very easily so I would recommend extra protection. The boots are mostly waterproof. I live in Portland so it rains a lot. On rare occasions, I have felt a small amount of water seep inside. I like the look and feel but the build quality keeps me from giving it 5 stars.

I bought several colors of these boots for work and walks. Super comfortable, almost water resistant and pretty durable. If you wear them to work every day (I work outdoors in a retail nursery) they will last almost a year before the sole starts to crack/peel. I will buy them again.

I love these boots. I bought them for my boyfriend as a Christmas present last year. They have held up and weathered beautifully over the last year. A little skeptical about Volcom, fan of the brand but didn't know they make boots! Love them, would buy them again
