Good length - waist sits oddly

I really like the color and the flared pants. I tried adjusting the waist with the velcro tabs on the inside of the strap for a tighter fit but they just fell off the sides. Was super free. I'm 5ft 10", 130lbs and ordered a medium size. The length is good so I'm sorry the pants didn't match the top.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Minor issues

Should be tagged LOW RISE

What is not stated in the product description is that they have a low rise. They also have flared legs. They are so low that my butt sticks out while standing in them. The waist is too big and they are tight in everything else. The size is average, usually they wear size 27 in jeans. 5'8", 145 lbs/athlete. I advise you not to waste your time on this.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Damaged

Good quality. Big waist.

I have never tried Volcom clothing but saw it at a lower price and took a chance. This is a good thick fabric. I bought a big one because some of these snowboard brands are more suited to juniors. I'm 5ft 5in 145 and my pants are a size 8. They are loose enough around the thighs and buttocks that I can layer them if needed. The waist was huge. Large gap in back that can be quite drafty. Maybe it's my body shape because my bum is bigger than my waist, but they fit me in a weird way.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Not sure

Not for girls with big butts**

5'3" 140 lbs. I bought an average and it didn't fit. So I bought a large and it still barely fit. My butt was so tight that it there was a big gap between my pants and my waist. If you have an ass they don't fit! It also says stretching but there is no stretching at all. And because I ordered the first pair a week before our trip and the big pair It was delivered the day before I had to buy it at the $$$$ resort I went for the plus size Burton Gloria pant and it fits perfectly and even…

  • Sturdy finish

Almost Perfect - Insulated Pants

I really wish they worked. They come in a variety of colors and I love the material/fit on my feet. I agree with other reviewers that the waist is very odd. I'm 5ft 9in, 155lbs and carry my extra weight on love handles so I didn't think it would be a problem. I ordered a size larger (large) than my usual size and it fit perfectly except for the crazy waist gap. Even with the adjusters fully extended, there was some play in the rear, and the adjusters simply caused play on the sides. Not…

SMALL RUNS! Better with Burton.

I hate to say it (as I'm a Volcom fan) but these pants just don't fit. Burton makes the best sizes. I bought both L and XL as I was between sizes. Size XL fits snugly around the hips but is MUCH longer and I'm 5ft 7in tall. I currently have Volcom snow pants that I have worn at least 5 winters in a row. I don't want to get rid of them, but I'm forced to as they're starting to fall apart (small tears, seams are coming apart, no more waterproofing). Not ONLY have Volcom changed their sizes (the…

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Big and chunky

Many pockets, warm and functional!

These pants fit me exactly like the picture in the ad so I didn't post my photos! Yes they are long, be prepared for that. Actually, the stretch is only in the back of the body, and the hips with the knees down are baggy for me (5ft 7in). I would call them low rise for ski pants (not compared to low rise jeans), took a day to get used to but they are snug enough, I had no problems. Also, I took a photo of the inside of the waist, the waist has a fantastic velcro closure. The material is soft…

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Some trouble
