UPDATE; The seller contacted me after my first check and offered to send me a new brush to replace the broken one. The new one works perfectly! Excellent customer service and good product. I really like this tool, but setting "Medium" didn't work the first time. Low setting works, high setting works. I can get by with a high setting as I have very long and very thick hair. But it's a pity that I have a tool with a setting that doesn't work.

I have straight thick hair just above my shoulders so I wasn't sure if this type of product would work for me. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I love it. Gives volume and dries. My only complaint is that the "High" settings don't get very hot and it takes me ages to dry my hair. But in the end, high settings get too hot. In general I am satisfied. It was a good way to try one of these brushes without spending a ton of money.

I love how this dryer gives my hair a straight ironed look but with volume. Drying time has been halved and my hair never gets tangled around the shaft like it does with my curling comb. Great product, I've had it for a few months now and reach for it every day instead of my regular blow dryer. I am very happy with the purchase, much cheaper than their brand counterparts.

I let it air dry for about an hour while walking around the house and doing chores, and then I can blow my entire head off in under five minutes. Love it. I really didn't have high expectations. It's just a heated brush. But wow! My hair dries so quickly and is so full. Looks like I had an explosion in the cabin. I have very thin hair below my shoulders and it looks great. Be sure to get it.
