I recently received these eight 3/4" G25 chrome steel ball bearings and they are exactly what they say. I got them just for fun. I have four nieces coming and i have a lot of magnets so it's just something to play with. There is perfectly round and solid steel out there. I've shared a photo with a magnet attached to show real steel. Nothing beats a pair of 3/4 ball bearings for magnetic fun. I have 1" magnetic bars and using them in combination with ½ and 1/4 steel balls is a lot of fun.
