Not purchased from Revain. Just installed yesterday and it really is a work of art. Works well via the app and is SUPER QUIET even on setting 6 (yes it has 6 speeds). I always say you get what you pay for and this is no exception. Expensive fan but it is installed in my main living room and the quality seems to be there. That's good because this is the last fan I'm going to buy for this room. I look forward to enjoying this gem for decades to come.

This fan is unlike any other. My house is full of black-framed pop art. Vortex is the highlight of our beautiful room. It's very quiet. 6 speeds that move air even at the lowest speed. A little tricky to set up and hang but worth it. Nice wall switch, works with Alexa. Customer service is very nice when you get them on the phone. We will buy other modern shapes in the future. Wi-Fi voice control via Alexa works perfectly every time and I can control it by changing its winter mode, summer mode, fan speed, on/off say it's great and looks great. The silver one I have looks like it was taken out of the car. Haven't used it yet but been a bit skeptical so far. The device I received was very poorly made. The header pin was too big for one of the holes on the motor assembly so I had to carefully hammer it in. The threads on the motor assembly where the bottom bar screws in were poorly cut and jammed in two different places when the bottom bar was screwed in.
