Excellent customer service

One of the glass charms had a manufacturing defect. I contacted them for a replacement. Votag kept in touch with me until I received a replacement glass tag. Votag has great customer service! Thanks very much!

Thrifty decor

After buying a decorative lamp for my dining room from a lighting store, I found it for 1/10th the price. It was easy to install and indistinguishable from lamps found in lighting stores. This is great value. By the way, it is very bright, so install a dimmer.

Better than expected. Excellent customer service

The light is better than I expected, both in quality and brightness. It was so bright I had to turn on a dimmer. It took me months to find the right light and I'm so glad I bought them. Customer service was appreciated. I had a small crack in one of the lamps and they immediately sent me a new one. I am very happy with everything.

Nice Lamps: Lighting and Ceiling Fans

These lamps are great and very bright I'm glad I read some of the reviews that mentioned buying a dimmer. Bright white light. Very easy assembly, the only thing I don't like is that the glass is very thin, so you have to be very careful when you put the screws on the light part itself, otherwise you can easily crack the glass. It would be nice if the glass was thicker or if the kit included O-rings to protect the glass. It has very long cords, making it great for high ceilings. It is very easy…

Looks great just a few things to note

Our home is going through a major makeover/renovation and this new light fixture looks GREAT! There are two things you need to know before installing: 1) Once you pull the "strings" up, you can't put them down. So make sure you get them exactly as long as you want them! We learned the hard way and quickly had to decide on a new style for how they would hang. 2) The glass cylinders that come out are very fragile. When I found this product on Revain I was expecting the same quality as Artika or other products from the company because all these LED pendants looked very luxurious.
