You can do a lot better

Half the bulbs on this thing were burned out when it arrived and you actually had to smash the RB1 to make it work. Also, the keys were soft and the joysticks literally didn't play; either you stood still or you moved as fast as you could, there was no middle ground. Spend more than $20. Got great wifi for 40 and it's money well spent. It sucks.

Great replacement for controllers!

Great product. Much better than the original. Long cord is perfect/perfect. Feels more ergonomic and comfortable in hand. I bought a white and a black one so each of our grandkids would have their own permanent controller. We were delighted to receive them at prices better than any of our local game or discount retailers and super fast shipping. Highly recommended.

Customer experience and product quality

These guys really do what they say for me ie. These guys even listed customer service quality and product quality on the back of the box. Before the product was shipped I received a refund as the quality of the product was damaged and these people shipped the product anyway. This is the kind of business that should last a long time and evolve for the better.

Got a white one no worse than the official XBOX360 gamepad for $20

An excellent gamepad for a great price. Let's see how long this lasts. My official XBOX 360 controllers only degrade over time with use, sticky buttons etc. Replaced with this one (white). Instantly recognized, no installation required, works fine on Steam with my games. Nice. The buttons are smooth. The cable isn't very strong, but it's good for the price.

I tried 2 different wireless controllers from other manufacturers before giving up and buying this wired one.

Unmarked wireless controllers are junk, don't waste your time and try them. If you're trying to save some money, buy one of these and be happy. It's cheap but seems pretty well made. It works perfectly. I will say that the triggers are super-duper sensitive compared to my old Gamestop Xbox 360. Driving in Forza Horizon 4 was almost impossible, but after changing the sensitivity in FH4's advanced settings, everything is fine now.

Update 2020: Significantly improved sticks, recommend

Updated review: I tested the updated version of this controller and the manufacturer improved the sticks. You now have correct incremental movement (ie movement of a small joystick doesn't just jump to 100%). It was a bug that rendered the controller inoperable. With this fix I would recommend this controller as a low cost alternative to OEM Microsoft or PowerA controllers. Stick dead zones are still slightly larger than PowerA or Microsoft controllers, but they don't break and you can get used
