VXi BlueParrott B350-XT Bluetooth Headset Package with AC Power Supply and Car Charger Review

Had 450 and was madly impressed. Switched to 350 for more portability. Slightly less noise-cancelling, but my biggest issue is that it's not compatible with a Bluetooth connection. Doesn't always connect. Writes that it is connected, but it is not, there is no sound. And doesn't always turn off unless I plug in the charging cable like I'm resetting the connection. This is wrong. The 450 was very reliable.

Despite the convenience, this product was useless to us. It held a charge for no more than 5 hours. We tried three different headsets (return) and none of them worked. Questions. The seller hung us out to dry. We currently use a $20 headset that comes with a charge and we've had no problems. We strongly recommend that you do not purchase this item.

Excellent product. If you are a professional driver, then this headset is for you! Sounds great, the noise cancellation is the best there is. Long battery life. I actually got an extra car charger from the seller I bought it from. Forget buying at a rest stop, here you get a brand new one, not one that a trucker traded in for a new one and replaced his old one in a new crate. Is it done! Good price.

This is my second time buying this headset. The first time I bought it was at a truck stop. Sound quality, Bluetooth connectivity, noise cancellation and battery life were outstanding! This is my favorite headset for driving, home and office. The 350 model is ideal for those who wear glasses. The 450 that I also have is larger and as a result comes into contact with the glasses, skewing them and causing irritation. The noise cancellation is excellent, as is the battery life. My only issue was some bluetooth compatibility issues with my old Dell laptop so I had to buy a custom bluetooth adapter from the same manufacturer which can be expensive. I have a Galaxy S5 droid phone. This wireless headset was very easy to set up. No problem. The audio and microphone are crystal clear.
