Really nothing to complain about

I like almost everything about this product, the pressure sensitivity works great, the flat keys are great for the temporary pen holder, and the driver settings are easy to figure out. The fact that the micro USB connector is flush fitting and fits any micro USB cable is also a great design choice from Wacom. The unboxing experience conveys a sense of quality. Great product for both beginners and Photoshop pros!

Problem with website registering tablet and using free software

tablet works great customer service is great the problem is that when registering the product for the linked app the login website kept pushing me out, which has so far prevented me from downloading the software. Registration had to be done through live chat customer service, which I don't think was the normal way to register. If any company is reading this, please fix it!

Cannot be used and website is not working

Imagine buying this for your enthusiastic artist for their Christmas morning opening - as their 'Big Gift'. Then imagine that this element only works if you download software from the Internet. Then imagine that the website is down. The customer center is closed. There is no information. all day Try to get that out so you can just use what you spent so many dollars on. nope Bad luck. I understand that internet traffic must be high on Christmas Day. But the company SOLD these items during theโ€ฆ

Good tablet for beginners

I've only used Wacom pen tablets before, starting with the Bamboo Pen 2011, with the early Intuos and now with this one. I think they all work the same. This is a good budget tablet for beginners, which is great for teenagers who are interested in graphics. The only thing I don't like is the changes on the Wacom website. Once I had my bamboo pen, I was able to get support and updates throughout the life of the first intuos. When I finally got my first Intuos about 3 years ago, everything wasโ€ฆ

Online Guide Game Changer

Just a disclaimer, I am not using this for painting or art. I mainly use it as an online learning tool. However, I would like to have it much earlier. I usually use Zoom for my classes and it makes it 100x easier to share annotations on screens. Also, I usually use an extra camera (Ipevo V4K) for my board, it's completely outdated. When using a Windows Ink workspace with a whiteboard, I can now use a virtual whiteboard instead of a real-life messy whiteboard and camera. I still use the cameraโ€ฆ
