Imagine buying this for your enthusiastic artist for their Christmas morning opening - as their 'Big Gift'. Then imagine that this element only works if you download software from the Internet. Then imagine that the website is down. The customer center is closed. There is no information. all day Try to get that out so you can just use what you spent so many dollars on. nope Bad luck. I understand that internet traffic must be high on Christmas Day. But the company SOLD these items during the holiday season. It's not that they can't predict expected traffic levels. You had to put discs in the box to download the software. Now it is an expensive stone. Absolutely useless. Very disappointed. Update: Day 2 and the website is still down. No customer support. Searching Google for the issue shows that this has been an issue for LAST YEAR and nothing has been done about it yet.
