USB ports only work for one of my many devices and only under very specific conditions. A complete waste of time.

I tried charging at least a dozen different devices from this outlet but only 1 charged, and even then only if it was the only device charging. I've tried different cable/device combinations. Each combination worked well on every other charger I tried, but not this one. This is really disappointing. Also, it's a pain to install. Had to replace the standard single box with 20cc. in. an old work box just to put this behemoth in my wall. To make matters worse, the wires are sticking out at the…

Wouldn't recommend it.

I installed them in my bedroom and used them to charge my phone at night. I'm very disappointed that they just can't provide enough power to charge my phone efficiently. Like most of us, you plug in your phone and play with it before you go to bed. In fact, while doing this for the last few nights, I noticed that the battery level would drop when I was using it off the mains. The phone will still fully charge to 100% overnight, but that's for more than 7 hours. I don't have an ammeter to test…

Excellent except recessed light

Very easy installation! I love that the wires are secured with side screws after they are inserted into the holes! No need to insert a nail or tool to loosen them, this is a great feature. Works great, no problems at all. But this light. Why? I don't understand that an LED needs to tell you that the USB ports are powered. You'll know when you plug in your device! When it stops charging (overcurrent or overheating), you can't reset it, it does it automatically after a certain time. I just don't…
