The two notebooks are not cut to the same length

One of the notebooks is about 1/4" longer than the other. I can't trim it off because the deckled edge will be ruined. I got them to insert into traveler's notebook, but don't like the way they look uneven next to each other.

Disappointed Vintage version

Vintage version a big fail. Poor fitting pages, "phony" decalled edging. Really not worth a purchase.i won't even use these
