Cats love it good for scratching posts

Revain shouldn't insist that customers write reviews for products that are essentially consumer goods -- much the same as a dozen other vendors.

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • There's nothing here

Too thin but good quality

I didn't think they were so thin. My cat didn't even want to use them so I put a pair together and now he's happy. They are good quality but if your cat is as big and fussy as mine I would go for something wider.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Just a little small

Fits my boys, it's an inch shorter than most of their toys and would fit better if it was 2 layers wider. I need to put a piece of cardboard to the side so they can't pull it out so easily. I'd happily pay $4 for a pair but it's a bit pricey for a poor fit.

Pros
  • Great overall
Cons
  • Almost OK

The cat loves them, but $6 each!

They fit in a standard container and our cat uses them several times a day with or without catnip. Cheaper than scratching furniture but not by much, $6 each! The margin on them is said to be around one billion percent. This is corrugated cardboard. The lowest price I could find anywhere. I think I should get into this business and make some bucks.

Pros
  • Permanent Test Results
Cons
  • Protection

Doesn't fit well in beds and furniture

I received all 6 replacements but they don't fit, they measure 17.5" x 4.25" and leave a gap at the top of the scratching post when inserted it fit. When I buy them from petco or gummies they fit true to size. I don't understand what's so special about this, but I'm disappointed that I'm ordering from these stores instead, which are more expensive for such a small amount.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

I have a slanted frame that will hold these filler pieces but you can put it on the floor and it will work too. My "Annie" loves them so I'm buying them. Anything she wants! Anything to save the sofas and carpets. The claws don't need to be removed if you give them their favorite scratching spot in town. Some cats like to grab a vertical scratching post or sisal rope tree pole, but if your cat likes to stand on all 4 and vomit, this is a great option. Mine knows exactly!

Pros
  • Great Design
Cons
  • Frequency

These are singles - I'm 4 3/8 inches wide.

I bought them thinking they were double - my fault. with a serrated knife and cut all the way through the old double in the fourth open cell, leaving three full cells. Then I stuck a thin nail into the side (where the cats can't touch it) to hold it together. It works, but I would prefer single ones. However, I do get more life out of the scratch pads because I can flip each individual pad to give the cats non-scratch areas. This is not possible with a solid scratchpad. .

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • so far so good

Save my couches! on Cats

I have 3 big cats who love to tear up sofas. They'll be walking next to the $5 million scratching posts and scratching posts and having fun with the backs and sides of my couches. I have a few of those who don't think they would stop this behavior but after throwing some catnip in here they all cracked with them. They love them and use them all the time. You drop them on the floor a few feet from the couch and follow them. They work best when you combine them all into one large notebook. Theyโ€ฆ
