Bought for my daughter's room. It's really beautiful but with professional installation. The fan wheels constantly hit something. We removed and reinstalled it three times. It stops briefly and then starts again. Super disappointed. Fan cannot be used.

The overall quality is not very good. Items were scratched and marked when we received them. Missing wires. The chain switch had to be disassembled to find the fan chain that had fallen into the switch. The screw holes did not match the mounting of the lamp. Balls probably do not fit and are not installed according to the instructions. The fan once installed is louder than others we just installed in other rooms. The instructions are very poor and do not match the details at all.

What a beautiful fan! I like the color of the wood, it looks very expensive. What's cool is that the other side looks more like cherry mahogany so you can decide which side suits your decor best before installing! Incidentally, the installation took about 3 hours. This fan is so beautiful and we've had compliments - I don't have the right kind of bulbs at the moment (they are too big and bright) but it already misses the cool pattern on the ceiling when the rest of the room is dark. Nice fan, but the remote control is not included as stated. There are only 4 blades and they are smaller than usual. The arms that the blades rest on are stretched out a size I think. The fan is noisy and cannot balance it to calm it down. I have it in a standard size room and it's fine for that, but if your room is bigger I don't recommend it. For the price I expected more. Installation was pretty easy, although a few screws were missing and there were little pieces of styrofoam everywhere! After installation, the lightbulb worked, but the fan did not spin. I've seen bad reviews about the motor not running but wanted to take a chance as I love beautiful crystal light shades. The bronze is definitely antique, so it has a golden hue. Pros: Arrived quickly. Well packaged and included. Easy to install. Quiet and smooth fan. Looks pretty nice. Misleading: 1- "crystal" is not a sheet of glass but 8 beautifully carved crystal-like composite pieces connected with gold-colored wire.
