It's beautiful and I love it

It would be 5 stars if it came with all the parts. Now that it's up it's beautiful and I love it. But it took about 4 hours because all the crystals have to be placed on the wires separately. And some of the equipment was missing. Luckily he had his own material to make it. I think it was probably a returned product that they sold as 'new'.

Pros
  • Lighting and ceiling fans

Defective twice, but nice.

The fan is beautiful and great value for money. My only issue is that the two legs of the light didn't work with the first one I ordered. Revain immediately sent another one and I had the same problem. The electrician hooked it up correctly but we both agreed it was on the block. He disassembled the fan's internal mechanisms and found that it was miswired at the factory. When he reassembled the inside of the device, the fan worked perfectly. There was a lot of extra work, but I like it.

Pros
  • Ceiling Fans and Accessories
Cons
  • No mold required

Product looks good but requires a lot of assembly during installation. A simple video tutorial or even an electrical circuit can relieve a headache. I've installed several ceiling fans and lights with no problems, this is the first time I've encountered a problem. Customer service had no idea how to connect the product and told me to hire an electrician? HOW WILL THE ELECTRICIAN FIND OUT HOW TO CONNECT THE FAN WITHOUT KNOWING WHICH WIRES SHOULD GO TO WHAT? The crystals are not attached and need
