Warmword Oversized Cotton Scarfs Colors Review

No cotton or linen. They're pills and they look awful. Very disappointed. waste of money. Deactivation due to false advertising.

Cotton storage bag. Otherwise, it's a cheap synthetic blend that you can buy at a fabric store for $2.99 a yard. It drapes nicely, but it's not what it claims to be.

Didn't expect much from this scarf; I wanted it to be a scarf. I was pleasantly surprised to see the quality craftsmanship that went into this. The linen is tightly woven yet surprisingly soft, like I've had it for years. I'm buying another one today.

This is not a scarf. It is a piece of gauze, similar to a cotton-polyester blend, with raw edges and no hem. I could buy this at a local fabric store for $5. I will not buy again. On the other hand, it is a pleasant color, without any material defects worth mentioning. But it's not a scarf.

This scarf is not made of a cotton-linen blend as advertised. It is pure polyester or some other synthetic material. I tried painting with good old RIT dye. If it were a cotton and linen blend, it would absorb the dye and take on the color. Instead, my white scarf is still white. This tells me that there are absolutely no natural fibers in this scarf. Shame on you, Revane!

Size was the main selling point for this brand but I ended up sending mine back because the purple was much duller and more muted. than expected. What I got was more of a muted raspberry shade and I was hoping for something lighter. The material isn't prickly, although not the softest. I have a sensitive throat, but that didn't bother me. I might change the order to another color in the future, but this color just wasn't my cup of tea.

I bought these tie scarves because they were supposed to be cotton, linen or hemp (depending on which part of the description you read). They are clearly synthetic as they do not absorb dyes like natural fibers. I have included a picture of the item being dyed next to the white it was originally and then another picture next to the cotton linen blend using the same dyes. Yeah, don't take them if you even need to change them! Otherwise they are big, soft and functional as they are.
