Yes, they're expensive, but my god, they're wonderfully soft and warm. I never thought I would spend $30 on a pair of socks but oh my god I'm glad I did because they are amazing. I immediately turned around and bought a pair of their boot socks and I now replace all my merino wool socks with these as I'm sure they hold up better than the wool socks I've worn before and they're a lot better. comfortable/warm.
