This is the best mask we have found for our son with microtia (missing right ear). It's snug enough to stay secure, but loose enough to be removed for school snacks or lunches. so my son hates masks but he will wear them whenever he wants lol. He is 2 years old and fits great, especially love that you can pinch the nose area. even that you can adjust the tightness and that they have ear hooks. But after he got impatient and tugged, the strings came right out of the white plastic thing and I had to rethread the strings. These are my kid's favorite masks! I would say they would fit a medium sized child between 7 and 10 years old. I love that the masks can hang around their necks until they need a mask. So the mask is never lost! The masks fit snugly around the nose and reach up to the chin for good coverage. They also machine wash well and solid colors are fun too! The only issue we had was that the yellow mask was slightly larger than the other four. For some reason this mask does not fit my child. But I still

THIS IS THE WORST mask, my toddler wore the mask for several hours and it caused a red spot and rash on his chest , face, neck and ears. I don't know what chemicals are used to make these items, but my son developed a bad rash. Revain should start applying regulatory requirements to all manufacturers, customers and third parties using their website.
