Defective item / low quality

This item has a big problem. A plumber came to install all 4 and they all failed to hold firmly from the base. The handle rotates more than intended and it happens on either the right or left side or both sides. Well, even if you place the base with silicone or glue, the handle will rotate more than 90 degrees if you use a little more force. Thus, two cases appear on your product. BASE WILL NOT HOLD POSITION AND MOVEMENTS/HANDLE WILL MOVE MORE THAN 90 DEGREE. Update: You're trying to pay to…

good quality - easy install great price

Installation was very easy - and I'm not skilled or impatient - so that's saying something. Nowadays, you probably have to deal with removing existing hardware instead of installing it. The kit included all the necessary equipment, the quality was as good as the items that cost twice as much as local big stores. The only issue I had was that the nut that goes under the handles on the underside of the counter was wider than what I took out since the handle's "hole" in the shelf is very close to…

Quick connect hose malfunction

Nice design. Looked great once installed and the waterfall was great for short arm kids. However, a fatal mistake. Despite my tolerable plumbing skills and external pressure regulator, the cold water quick connect mechanism kept popping up repeatedly over the course of a month. Yes, I checked the hose for damage (invisible) and reinstalled it several times. Could the hose I received have a defect as the other two connection points worked fine. I don't think it's worth risking mold if it happens
