Power supply required, 12V

Just a note that I have not read the fine print and I understand this is a component but requires a power supply. However, their customer service is great! Good people.

All the LEDs work and it was the perfect lighting for walking around the deck of my boat.

Received them in 2 days with Revain main delivery and installed them under the gunwale in my boat in less than an hour. Instead of a self-adhesive backing, I used cable ties with a loop at the top and attached them with screws to the back under the gunwale. All LEDs work and it was the perfect lighting for walking around my boat deck at night while fishing.

Worked well for a year

I installed them on my duck boat for early morning use. Installation was easy, the adhesive backing worked like a charm. The lights were nice and bright, giving us enough ambient light for those hours in the dark. I used them again this year and 2/3 of the bulbs have burned out. I kept my boat under a heavy tarp for a season with little or no exposure to the weather. I don't know what happened, maybe excessive humidity or temperature changes ruined these lights, I have no idea. I will buy again

NOT connected!: Seasonal lighting

Not connected! They say they can be cut and joined to make a longer strip. That's not correct at all. If you even connect two strings together, the second string will have a completely different brightness. DO NOT ADVERTISE PEOPLE CAN CONNECT SEVERAL STRIPS IF YOU CAN'T! They clearly show several photos of them disguising cornices, stairs, closets (pictures stolen from another site) and this is only possible if they are not connected, but are all connected separately with an additional adapter…

Read the specs before you buy

It's ok and luckily I have some AC adapters because there aren't any in the box. Also, there is no remote control. So if you want to plug it directly into a PC (there are a few loose wires for that) or plug it into a power adapter (which gets pretty hot) you can do that. The strand itself is quite lively and they provide "cut lines" so you can trim them to your needs and they include a connector to connect or extend the previously cut strands. It has double sided tape to hold it in place, but I
